Jane has had an extremely difficult pesonal and family history, including battles with her own mental health. She was introduced to Samaritans via an interview broadcast on TRE and completed her training 5 years ago. Her talk will describe the process of becoming a volunteer, the kinds of caĺls they take, and how the Samaritans operates.

Jane also has qualifications in Counselling and is an experienced artist and designer working with different types of glass.
