Our speaker is Javier Bahut Vega, “China past and future: ideas of a non-expert”

Javi is a professional with 20 years management experience in national and multinational companies. He has worked in the private and public sectors, with considerable expertise in entering new markets. He has experience in the sectors of Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing , Purchase and Distribution. He describes his skill sets as results driven, problem resolution and developing new opportunities. He is used to public speaking and has lead and motivated multicultural teams using his negotiating skills based on empathy and persuasion. Customer service has always been his motivation, and he enjoys working in diverse environments.

Currently Javi is the COO and Cofounder of La Buena Semilla Limited (June 2020- Present) providing procurement and consultancy services for the Chinese market.
