Collective Calling

Paul and Gemma who run Collective Calling are well known to the Club and have spoken to us recently. We will look at both their domestic and international requirements in the current period.

The Club has supported Collective Calling from their early years working in refugee camps. They now work with street children in Tanzania, and with families in poverty in Spain.

Tanzania Mission: Collective Calling provide emergency life-saving intervention for street children and tackle the root causes of poverty that affect children through spiritual and physical aid. They run a rescue centre called the Centre of Hope which provides immediate relief from malnutrition, ill health and dangerous situations.

Their approach to work with families in poverty in Spain: “Unfortunately many people have developed a view of themselves that are rooted in feelings of being powerless, hopeless and having a lack of self-worth. We use a tested and proven methodology that helps people to recognise their potential and to be all that God created them to be.” They aim to keep families together with their Inspiring Futures Program.

Collective Calling Programs

They are child and family focused, and include both practical and spiritual care.
